How to Deal with Hair Loss?
Hair shedding is in fact a natural physiological process. It becomes a problem when hair falls out excessively, which often happens in autumn. There are many causes of hair loss: from constant stress, through a poor diet – and with it a deficiency of vitamins and minerals – to bad habits (e.g. tugging at your hair while combing). Below we present the best and, above all, proven home remedies to make excessive hair loss a thing of the past.

Below we present the best and, above all, proven home remedies to make excessive hair loss a thing of the past.
Oiling the hair and scalp
The best choice for this is burdock oil, along with any ready-made oil blends available in good herbal and online shops. It is important to massage the oil directly into the skin.
Scalp massage

The simplest method, which can also be combined with the oiling described above. It requires no great skill or knowledge and does not take much time. The massage should last 3 minutes. It can be performed while washing or oiling, but also on dry skin (e.g. at your desk at work). We massage the skin with circular movements, from the forehead towards the nape of the neck.
Flaxseed
Flaxseed has two uses: internally, as a kissel (pour hot water over a spoonful of seeds, leave overnight, then drink it), or externally as a mask (boil the seeds in hot water for a quarter of an hour, then strain and apply the resulting “gel” to the scalp).
Diet
Supplement it with unsaturated fatty acids (olive oil, olives, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds – also a valuable source of zinc), eat plenty of fish protein in various forms, vitamins and fruit. Don’t be afraid of frozen produce – it retains plenty of nutritional value.
Herbal infusions
This is another internal method for improving the condition of your hair. It is the simplest to use – just prepare an infusion that you drink every day for about a month. Herbs work best together, so the easiest way is to pour hot water over sachets of nettle and horsetail and drink it in that form. Of course, you will get more beneficial ingredients by using pure dried herbs.
Finally, we suggest using a hairdryer as rarely as possible, and if you must use it, dry your hair with lukewarm air, not hot. Avoid straighteners and curling tongs as much as you can, and above all, comb your hair calmly and patiently. It will repay you with wonderful condition.
