Dear Client,
the protection of your personal data is very important to Firma Dawid Krynicki. We would like to inform you that we not only comply with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), but also go a step further and inform you about the legal bases for processing personal data, the ways in which it is collected and processed, and the rights you have.
Basic information
Personal data means information about an identified or identifiable natural person. Processing personal data is, in principle, any operation performed on personal data. Where you give separate, voluntary consent, Firma Dawid Krynicki will process your data in order to provide the hairdressing services offered and to fulfil orders in the online shop, as well as to present information about the goods and services we offer, including promotions.
Firma Dawid Krynicki processes your personal data and ensures its security by using appropriate organisational and technical measures.
Firma Dawid Krynicki ensures that your personal data will be subject to access control within the Company, as well as when it is passed to third parties, in accordance with the purposes of its processing.

Scope of the privacy policy
This document applies where Firma Dawid Krynicki is the controller of personal data, that is, where it processes personal data obtained from natural persons, including users of the services it offers.
The privacy policy covers situations in which Firma Dawid Krynicki processes personal data obtained directly from the data subject or personal data obtained by way of entrustment.
Where a separate agreement is concluded between Firma Dawid Krynicki and a natural person or the party entrusting their data (a data processing entrustment agreement), the provisions of that agreement take precedence over the provisions of the privacy policy.
Firma Dawid Krynicki ensures that its information obligations are fulfilled in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR.
Purposes and legal bases of processing
Firma Dawid Krynicki processes data in order to deliver services to you at the highest level, using the minimum scope of personal data.
To provide hairdressing services we process the following data, which may be considered personal data: first name(s) and surname(s), email addresses and telephone numbers. This data is processed in particular for the following purposes:
- booking a hairdressing service for the chosen date,
- verifying the individual and assigning them to the chosen stylist,
- contacting you on behalf of the Company in connection with the need for support in using this service, or reminding you about the service.
To provide the service, Firma Dawid Krynicki processes data that may be considered personal data, namely a telephone number.
For settlement purposes in connection with the provision of services, Firma Dawid Krynicki processes the data provided by users that is necessary to issue and deliver VAT invoices recording these services. These may include, in particular: first name and surname / company name, place of residence / registered office address, NIP number, bank account number / credit card number.
Data related to settlements is processed as necessary to fulfil a legal obligation incumbent on Firma Dawid Krynicki, in particular under the Accounting Act. In individually justified cases, this data may also be processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of Firma Dawid Krynicki.
Where data is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest, Firma Dawid Krynicki carefully analyses and balances, in each case, the interest of the Company against the interest and potential impact on the data subject. The rights of the individual under data protection legislation are also taken into account.
For marketing purposes on the basis of separate, voluntarily given consent, Firma Dawid Krynicki will process your data in order to present information about the goods and services offered by Firma Dawid Krynicki, including promotions on those goods or services.
Data related to the marketing purpose is processed on the basis of the explicit and voluntary consent of the individual who gave it.
Apart from the data referred to above, natural persons interested in using the services provided by Firma Dawid Krynicki or in purchasing services, who provide their personal and contact data in order to obtain information about the offer and the services provided, or in order to conclude an agreement, may give Firma Dawid Krynicki their personal data such as: first name and surname, telephone number, email address. Contact involving the provision of personal data by email or telephone is voluntary. We kindly ask that you do not provide extensive data in the first forms of contact, including special categories of data (e.g. on racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, information about physical or mental health, genetic data, biometric data, information about sex life or sexual orientation, and criminal history). Where contact is made, depending on its nature, Firma Dawid Krynicki takes appropriate action to ensure that the processing of personal data complies with the law.
Where it is intended to entrust the processing of personal data, e.g. by a collective entity (a company, foundation or association) entering into an agreement with Firma Dawid Krynicki concerning users of the service (employees or members of that entity), this takes place only after a data processing entrustment agreement has been concluded. We kindly ask that you do not pass on data before such an agreement has been concluded.
Scope and period of processing of personal data.
Firma Dawid Krynicki processes the minimum amount of personal data necessary to achieve the purposes related to running its business.
Firma Dawid Krynicki processes personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose and resulting from the legal basis for processing. For example, if Firma Dawid Krynicki ceases to provide services to you, the data related to that purpose is deleted. Firma Dawid Krynicki is unable to delete your data if it is necessary to meet statutory obligations, e.g. keeping and archiving accounting records.
Firma Dawid Krynicki never processes personal data for longer than the legal basis for its processing allows. Therefore:
- where personal data is processed in order to perform an agreement, the processing period lasts until the agreement is terminated;
- where personal data is processed on the basis of consent, the processing period lasts until the individual withdraws that consent;
- where personal data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the data controller, the processing period lasts until that interest ceases (e.g. the limitation period for civil law claims) or until the data subject objects to such further processing, in situations where the right to object is granted by law;
- where personal data is processed because it is required by applicable law, the periods of processing for that purpose are set by those provisions.
Sharing personal data with third parties.
We pass personal data to other entities only where the law allows us to do so. In that case, the processing entrustment agreement contains provisions ensuring the security of personal data at the level we apply ourselves. Recipients of personal data, including under entrustment agreements, may in particular be:
- entities keeping accounting records;
- advisers and auditors, including business, legal and financial ones;
- entities providing hosting services;
